Ellesmere Port Netball Club is committed to complying with data protection law and to respecting the privacy rights of individuals. So in line with the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into force on 25^th May 2018 the Club have prepared the requisite documents to ensure we comply with the new legislation. Attached also is our GDPR Consent Form which you are required to complete and bring back to training as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, not consenting is not sufficient to comply with the legislation.

You must opt IN to allow:

The Club to retain any information you may have provided to us on you or your child AND
The Club continuing to contact you.
